Joi Christians is the global director of Teachers’ Community Development for the International School Project, a non-profit educational organization that equips and supports educators in over 35 countries on four continents. She pioneered a strategy to form teacher communities that help address the professional, social, and emotional needs of schoolteachers that are not being met by their educational establishments. These communities connect teachers nationally and internationally through teacher-led teachers’ movements. With a background in foreign language instruction and pedagogical methodology, Joi specializes in equipping teachers to apply and equip others with the skills they learn, forming self-sustaining growing movements.

Nick Foong has over 13 years of marketing management experience in consumer and telecommunications before spending 12 years in the non-profit, social impact sector. He has designed and conducted numerous trainings for adults and parents, especially in the area of digital parenting and mindful technology use. He is an avid learner and enjoys helping adults learn in engaging and practical ways. Nick lectures on community building at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). He also curates learning journeys on Gnowbe for clients like Accomplish Asia, with a personal mission to catalyze positive change in the world by helping leaders and organizations amplify their impact for the greater good. He is married, and a father to a lively 8-year-old named Ethan. Daniel Chua is the Director of Learning Delivery at NTUC First Campus, where he leads a team which brings quality learning to more than 5,000 staff.  He is inspired by the innovative use of technology in transforming programme management, learning engagement and outcomes for staff while enabling significant productivity improvements. His commitment to innovation was exemplified in 2019 with the launch of Gnowbe in NTUC First Campus. This initiative, among the first in the early childhood sector, enabled  continuous learning across more than 150 preschools. It has significantly enhanced the accessibility and efficiency in staff learning and development.Daniel brings extensive leadership experience from a diverse background in the airline, hospitality and early childhood sectors. His career began with training as a Naval Architect at the University of Glasgow. Over the years, he has held roles in Customer Service, Human Resource, Product Development, Operations and Learning, demonstrating his adaptability across different fields.
